About this show The last episode of the 2025 season features new Melges Sailboat Company owner Cate Muller, who explains how to buy a company that wasn't necessarily on the market. The interview with Cate was really insightful and I know why she's such a business success after conversing with her. We finish this season in traditional style with a conversation with the Old Commodore himself, Duane Burgoyne, as we talk, pontificate, debate, exaggerate, reminisce, lie and work our ways to hoping for another sailing campaign under the sun. In our interview with Duane, we failed to edit some information about a new CEO for US Sailing. As a late addition to the show, the first individual who finds the mistake and can identity the time mark, we will be awarding a $100 gift certificate to 10Knot sailwear, a company we have promoted the past two years and are so proud of our affiliation. We're not sure what is going to happen next year, but we cozied up with the folks at Sail-World.Com this season as their editors posted some of our shows, so who knows what happens in 2026.
